Who Can You Sponsor Under the Child Sponsorship Program?
You can sponsor the following children for permanent residence:
- Biological or adopted children under the age of 22.
- Grandchildren if your sponsored child has a dependent child of their own.
There are additional requirements, such as your child being unmarried and without a common-law partner. We’ll discuss all eligibility details during your consultation.

Responsibilities of a Sponsor

- Undertake to financially support your spouse or common law partner for a period of 3 years.
